Our nursing home has 60 apartments, one of which is specifically focused on dementia.

We are now looking for three new colleagues for temporary positions!

Your tasks

As a nursing assistant with us, you have overall responsibility for the resident.

You provide support and care based on individual needs, assist with personal care, meals, and exercise, and perform delegated health and medical tasks.

Equally important is the social aspect where you create a meaningful day with conversations and tailored activities.

You observe changes in health status, document in the journal system, and report to ensure safe and secure care.

The work is carried out with the support of implementation plans and in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant according to the regulations of the National Board of Health and Welfare.

You have experience in care and support as well as dementia care, thus you can also work based on individual implementation plans.

As a nursing assistant, you have knowledge of basic care, rehabilitative approaches, social support, and are comfortable with low-arousal responses.

You have experience with documentation, working in journal systems, and collaboration with different professional groups.

As a person, you are empathetic, attentive, and resilient, with a genuine interest in creating security and quality of life for our residents.

You are flexible and have a good ability to make decisions based on all available information.

You value collaboration and find it easy to work with others.

To succeed in the position, we see that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
